Krampus is the dark companion and counterpart to Santa Claus. He is the one who not only punishes naughty children at Christmas time, but also throws them into the sack he carries on his back, and takes them to an unknown fate. This amazing t-shirt has a very well researched depiction of Krampus indeed. If you look closely you will see that Krampus has one human foot, and one animal foot. This is a very authentic and traditional detail that you just won't see on other modern Krampus designs.
What are the words at the bottom of the shirt?
The "Gruss Vom Krampus" is German for "Greetings from the Krampus". This phrase was often found on Krampus Greeting Cards which were tremendously popular in the 1800's.
When is Krampusnacht?
Krampusnacht, or "Krampus Night", takes place on the evening of December 5, when Saint Nicholas arrives along with Krampus, to distribute punishments and rewards to the children of the town. Festivities on this day may include a Krampuslauf, or "Krampus run", with participants dressing up as the monster and parading down the streets.

Our standard shipping is US Priority Mail with tracking, which is a flat fee of $7.00. Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery.

Any item purchased from us may be returned for a refund or exchange, provided you return it within 30 days in its original condition. Important! When you return an item, please pack it in a box or padded envelope. Postal equipment frequently tears small items right out of regular envelopes, and we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us safely.
