If you have a computer, we are as close as your front door. We are a mail-order business, and our entire catalog can be found online. We even offer free shipping on orders over $100. We do not have a brick-and-mortar storefront that is accessible to customers. This allows us to keep our prices down, while reaching a far wider customer base than we could as a local business.

We typically ship Monday through Friday. We do our best to ship every order within 2 business days. If we are out of stock on an item, we will contact you by email with your options. Please make sure your order includes a valid email address and that you watch for any messages from us.

Our standard shipping is US Priority Mail with tracking, which is a flat fee of $7.00. Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery.
For US orders of $100 or more shipping is FREE!

International Shipping

In order to give you the best possible shipping rate on your international order, we charge you exactly what the Post Office charges us for shipping. No inflated rates, no "handling" charges. When you place an international order, no shipping charges will appear in your shopping cart. We will pull the items and weigh them, and then send you an email with your final total. If you agree to the shipping charges, simply reply, and we will send you an email invoice for the amount due. Once we receive that, we will ship your order immediately. On the other hand, if you feel the shipping is too expensive, tell us, and we will cancel your order and refund what you have already paid. Please be aware that international Priority Mail shipping is quite expensive, in spite of all we do to keep the costs down.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at Gryphon’s Moon, and we never want you to settle for an item you are not happy with. Any item purchased from us may be returned for a refund or exchange, provided you return it within 30 days in its original condition. Important! When you return an item, please pack it in a box or padded envelope. Postal equipment frequently tears small items right out of regular envelopes, and we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us safely.

If you return an item to us, please include a note telling us whether you want to return or exchange it. You do not need to include a copy of your receipt, but we do need your name or order number so that we can look you up in the computer.

For US exchanges, please include $7.00 for return shipping of the new item. For international orders, contact us for return shipping costs.

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit/debit cards. We also accept PayPal or Amazon Pay. Note: Due to banking changes, we can no longer accept international checks or money orders.

We never sell or share your personal information with any outside company. Period. We don't like it when other companies do that to us, so we certainly aren't going to do it to our customers. If you choose to sign up for our email newsletter, you will get occasional email updates from us. You may unsubscribe from these at any time.

That's actually not an easy question to answer. The short answer is, it is jewelry that makes you feel more magical and witchy inside. Sort of a touchstone to remind you of who you really are, if you will. For many people, that means finding a ring or pendant that is deeply meaningful, and particularly resonates with their personality. Many pagans look for jewelry with a five-point star, or pentacle, for instance. The triple moon motif is also very popular. Those who wish to honor the Divine Feminine might be drawn to one of our Goddess pendants, just as a male witch might feel called to wear jewelry featuring Cernunnos or a Thor's Hammer. For a pagan or wiccan individual, the joy of finding that perfect piece of witchy jewelry can't be overstated.

The vast majority of the jewelry we offer is crafted from sterling silver, and marked with a ".925" stamp to ensure its authenticity. When other metals are used, such as stainless steel or bronze, that is clearly indicated in the description. We are proud of what we sell, and want you to know exactly what you are getting. We aren't going to use subterfuge to make you think you're getting something you are not. Many of our rings and pendants do include genuine gemstones such as amethyst, moonstone, and sapphire. Again, where manmade crystals are used, that is clearly indicated in the description.

As with most of the jewelry we sell, the meaning of your dragon jewelry is likely to be highly individual, and specific to your particular tastes. Absolutely! All of our jewelry is unisex, and can be worn by both men and women. In general though, we find that most men prefer our larger, beefier styles, such as the Silver Celtic Dragons Ring and the Bronze Dragon Pendant.
