It's important to note that amber is a relatively soft gemtone. As much as possible, you want to avoid hitting or scratching the gem. Similarly, protect it from household chemicals, and remove it before showering or swimming. It's best to store your amber in its own fabric-lined box, away from other jewelry. You can clean your amber with a soft cloth. Never subject it to an ultrasonic cleaner. Amber is an amazing gemstone, with a great deal of natural beauty, but it does require a bit more care than other stones.

We typically ship Monday through Friday. We do our best to ship every order within 2 business days. If we are out of stock on an item, we will contact you by email with your options. Please make sure your order includes a valid email address and that you watch for any messages from us.
Our standard shipping is US Priority Mail with tracking, which is a flat fee of $7.00. Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery.

Any item purchased from us may be returned for a refund or exchange, provided you return it within 30 days in its original condition. Important! When you return an item, please pack it in a box or padded envelope. Postal equipment frequently tears small items right out of regular envelopes, and we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us safely.
