Though often used interchangeably, the terms "smoke cleansing", "smoke bathing" and "smudging" have distinct meanings. Smoke cleansing or bathing refers to the broader practice of using herb smoke for purifying and protection. Smudging, a term deeply rooted in Native American and Indigenous cultures, denotes specific sacred rituals. As such, we try to avoid the use of the term "smudging", and we encourage our customers to make a conscious choice of what they call this practice.

The bundles can be extinguished and re-lit, so that they can be used on multiple occasions.

What are your Shipping Policies?

We typically ship Monday through Friday. We do our best to ship every order within 2 business days. If we are out of stock on an item, we will contact you by email with your options. Please make sure your order includes a valid email address and that you watch for any messages from us.

Our standard shipping is US Priority Mail with tracking, which is a flat fee of $7.00. Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery.
For orders of $100 or more shipping is FREE!

What is your Exchange & Return Policy?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at Gryphon’s Moon, and we never want you to settle for an item you are not happy with. Any item purchased from us may be returned for a refund or exchange, provided you return it within 30 days in its original condition. Important! When you return an item, please pack it in a box or padded envelope. Postal equipment frequently tears small items right out of regular envelopes, and we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us safely.
