Depictions of the norse god Odin often show him accompanied by two ravens, named Huginn ("thought") and Muninn ("memory"). Every day, the two birds fly out over the world, and at evening, they return with news of the day's events. This pattern includes not only the two ravens, but also runes, which read: "The Lord Odin is within you; May his blessings be with you."
The Odin's Ravens Cross Stitch Pattern measures 193 stitches wide by 180 stitches high. The cross stitch pattern spans 14 pages, and is printed single-sided, on unbound sheets in a clear plastic bag for protection. There is a color picture of the completed chart on the front page. The pattern itself is graphed in black and white symbols, and a table showing the DMC colors you'll need is included.
This is a pattern for counted cross stitch. It is not a complete kit. You will need to supply your own fabric and floss. We are not able to offer digital downloads of our patterns at this time.

I did this 2 over 2 on 32ct raw Belfast linen to give it a more “aged†or heritage look. Absolutely love how it turned out and will be hoop mounting as a gift for my son.
It’s a great pattern and I may do again on Aida for my home.

I have to say this is one of the nicest patterns I have purchased. The charts are easy to read and follow and in large print. Not only that, they are situated so that I can have the separate sheet that I am working in out....not stapled in a book form which is great! It comes in a plastic bag so it is easy to keep together. The shipping was extremely fast!!! I highly recommend this pattern and this store for all purchases!
