Okay, first the items this seller offers are exquisite. Seriously, go look and you'll fall in love. I bought a pendant/necklace for my daughter's birthday. I needed something small and easy to travel with because she currently schooling outside the US and so we're trying to keep things small. That also means extra hoops when you figure out how to get it there.
The seller was wonderful. Giving options to have it shipped directly or to myself to forward on and leaving those options open until they were able to calculate the shipping. They let me decide, got the figures, checked if I still wanted to proceed that way before ever charging me for shipping and never made me feel like it was a hassle. The interaction was everything I could have wanted and more.
Now on to the product itself. It's gorgeous. I waited till my daughter had it to do a review so I could see what she thought of it in person. In her own words, it is very elegant and pretty. I asked her about how she felt about wearing it in terms of the quality of work/the product itself. She said she feels like she can wear it without too much thought (my daughter tends to worry about losing/breaking/damaging jewellery), but that it's pretty detailed and of a quality that is very good. Asked about the size she said it's just right. I asked that because it was a little larger than I thought it might be and she's not an overlarge girl and tends towards fairly demure tastes. About 5' 6" and can comfortably wear a 16" chain.
