A glance down at your hands brings a smile every time you glimpse this Silver Knotwork Claddagh Ring on your finger. Without a word, it delivers a message of true love and devotion from your someone special. The delicate Celtic knots surrounding the heart and crown tell of entwined destinies and happily-ever-afters. Who could resist such a eloquent expression of love?

Unlike typical Claddagh rings, which have a pair of hands supporting the heart, our Silver Knotwork Claddagh Ring has tiny Celtic knots, making it a quintessentially Irish token of affection.

The Knotwork Claddagh Ring is made of sterling silver. It measures 3/8" wide, from the base of the heart to the top of the crown.

What do the individual parts of the Claddagh stand for?
The hearts stands for love. The crown represents fidelity. And the hands (or in this case, the knotwork) is a symbol of friendship.

How should I wear my Claddagh ring?
The short version of the rules says wear the ring pointed toward you if you are in a relationship. If you are looking for love, wear it pointing outward.

More specific guidelines say to wear if on your left hand, facing in, if you are married, or facing outward if you are engaged. Wearing the ring on your right hand, facing inward, indicates you are in a relationship, while the right hand, facing out, means that you are single and looking for love.

How do I pronounce "Claddagh"?
"Clah-dah" is pretty close, but purists add a little choky, guttural sound at the "gh" that really doesn't have a counterpart in English.

I bought this ring after dropping my identical one down a vent in my house! I was so happy to find the same one online and the shipping was so fast. I had some questions about the item and I got a very quick and kind response! This was a great online shopping experience and I would buy something from this company again without hesitation.

Just ordered this ring on 8/12 and received it 8/14, great service, and the ring is beautiful on my Fiances finger. Although I got a size to small, I am sure the exchange will be just as speedy.

Beautiful ring but I believe Jan has the wrong information. My Claddagh is my wedding band. Wear it up right (top of crown towards your fingernail bottom of heart towards your knuckle) to show you are taken on the right hand or married on the left hand. If you are single it should be worn on the right hand with the crown "upside down" top of crown towards knuckle, bottom of heart towards nail. I hope this helps.

When wearing your Claddagh ring and the crown is facing twards your heart then you have found your true love and you are spoken for, when the crown is facing twards your fingernail it means you are single.
