Yes, if you are willing to think creatively! In order to give the clasp a place to clip on to, the final two inches of chain in the anklet has slightly larger links. The lobster claw clasp can be secured anywhere along this piece of chain. However, if you need to make the anklet/bracelet shorter still, you will need to fasten the clasp to one of the jump rings that holds the small pentacle charms, and not to the chain itself.
Will the anklet rust if it gets wet?
No. Your stainless steel anklet will remain shiny and rust-free. Thanks to the use of chromium and other trace elements in the stainless steel alloy, the surface of the metal is impervious to rust and corrosion. That said, it is always best to keep your jewelry clean and dry by taking it off before you swim or shower.
