From its deep roots below the Earth to the spreading branches stretching up to the heavens, this ancient oak tree is a bridge between the worlds, connecting the seen and the unseen, and linking the Past, Present, and Future.

The Celtic Tree Journal is secured by a thong wrapped around a pewter button, which features an oak leaf and acorn motif.

This leather journal comes in two sizes, and is refillable. The large size measures 6" by 9", and takes a 5 1/2" by 8 1/2" refill. The smaller size is 5" x 6 7/8", and requires a 4 1/4" by 6 1/4" refill. The refills are standard sized blank books that we sell, or you can find locally at most art supply stores.

This tooled leather Celtic journal is made with top quality cowhide. A delight to the eye and hand, it is ideal for use as a diary, travel or dream journal, book of shadows, or for sketching, notes, and appointments.

Are the pages lined or unlined?
The blank book insert that comes with this journal has unlined pages. However, the journal also has a lined "cheat sheet" that you can place behind the page you are working on, which will help you keep your writing straight and even. Pretty clever, huh?

Is this an Oberon Design journal?
Yes, it is! And frankly, Oberon Design's craftsmanship and quality is simply beyond compare. We are very proud to be able to offer journals which are made entirely within the United States. The leather is tanned and dyed here, the covers are made here, even the pewter buttons are cast here in the United States.
