Our supplier for this ring has been hit hard by the COVID crisis, and is having trouble producing these rings in a timely manner. At this point, the future availability of this ring is very much up in the air. We know it's a customer favorite, so we're going to keep trying to re-stock. You'll have to look closely to see the wee dragon hidden amongst the lush foliage of this sterling silver dragon ring. The beguiling little creature looks like he just stepped out of a medieval manuscript or fairy tale. The enchanting little dragon on this ring is not quite 3/8" high. Tiny and discreet, your dragon guardian will be close at hand whenever you wear this ring. The Fairy Dragon Ring is made of sterling silver, and is available in sizes 4-15.
The answer depends on who you ask, of course, but most dragon experts agree that fairy dragons are smaller, and considerably more friendly, than their full-sized brethren. Additionally, their wings resemble bird or butterfly wings rather than being strongly reptilian in nature. Their cheerful demeanor and diminutive size make them a favorite in any gathering of magical creatures.
Why do you have this ring in such a wide range of sizes?
The short answer is, because we can! It can be quite challenging to find high-quality sterling silver rings in extended sizes. With this ring being one of our top sellers, and popular with both men and women, the wide size range was definitely a priority, So yes, we carry everything from a dainty size 4 to a massive size 15. And no, we don't sell the extreme sizes very often... but you should see the smiles when we do!
Can this ring be sized by a jeweler?
It's always best to buy the exact size you need, but we understand that that isn't always possible. While we don't have the equipment needed to adjust the size of a ring, it is something that most local jewelry repair places can do. In general, a sterling silver ring like this one can be sized up by a maximum of one size. Anything more than that, and the metal is stretched too thin to keep its shape. Sizing a ring down to a smaller size is considerably more difficult and more expensive.
