Easy Lemon Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 8oz Packages Cream Cheese (or Neufchatel Cheese for lower fat)
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • Juice from two lemons (or limes)
  • No-bake Pie Crust of your choice

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar until creamy and well mixed.
  2. Add lemon or lime juice to the bowl and mix well with the cheese and sugar.
  3. Pour filling into the pie crust and place it in the refrigerator to set.
