Special Order Gold & Platinum Items

Please allow approximately 2 months for your gold or platinum item to arrive. Note: It is possible that we may have the gold item you want in stock and can ship it much more quickly. Please check with us if time is a concern.

We strongly recommend purchasing your ring in silver first to make sure of the style and fit. Then simply return the silver ring to us for credit toward the gold purchase. This is to ensure that you will be happy with the final product.

For special order rings, we require a 50% down payment when the order is placed. Any exchanges, returns or cancellations of special order rings will be charged a 10% restocking/exchange fee.
