Creating an altar is an intensely personal process. Although many altars have common elements, there is no set formula for selecting them. What you choose to display will reflect the purpose of your altar, as well as your own unique personality.
Some altars act like touchstones, as a place we can come to center and ground ourselves at the end of a busy day. They are a bit of sacred space in the mundane world. Some altars may have a specific purpose, such as a healing altar, or a prosperity altar, and act as a focus for magical intent.
Many of these are items that we will no longer be stocking, so they are first come, first serve. Once they're gone that's it! So if you see something you like, grab it quick.
Check back often as we move items to clearance to make way for new goodies!
Also, from time to time, we come across pieces that are simply too special to leave behind, but that can't be listed in our catalog because they are hard to find and/or hard to keep in stock. Our solution is to list them on this page of "Last Chance" items. Expect the merchandise here to change quickly. In most cases, we have only 1 or 2 pieces of any particular item, and there's no telling when (or if) we can get more. And remember to check back frequently. We will be adding new pieces as we discover them.
We do our best to keep the counts accurate, however, all items are subject to prior sale and limited to stock on hand.
"I had never heard of Gryphon's Moon before....was looking for a Celtic watch and found this by surfing the Internet. Not only did I find a Celtic watch, but a "mood" watch.....I love mood rings, but had never heard of a mood watch. Not only is it gorgeous, its fun to see the face change colors throughout the day. The Nudd Mood Watch is a men's watch, but I'm a women with a small wrist and it fits perfect. I'm actually now searching for a Celtic metal watch band to switch out the black leather one. I will definitely buy frequently on your web site.....cool stuff. Thanks Again, Sherri Corporandy, Ft. Jones, Ca."by Sherri Corporandy
