Step 2 - Now you're going to make a circle out of that rectangle of fabric. Place your yardstick so that the 0" mark is at the corner that would actually be the center of the fabric if you opened it up. Now swing the yardstick around so that it acts like the radius of your circle. Begin cutting at the other corner (not the center), always aiming at the 42" mark on the yardstick.
