Bronze Dragon Collar - An absolutely awesome piece of wearable art! Copper wings sweep upward from the magnificent bronze dragon, which grasps an iridescent Swarovski crystal in its claws. Each handmade choker is a one-of-a-kind creation, so expect slight variations from the one pictured here. Measures approximately 10" by 7" wide. Each piece is lacquered to preserve the brightly polished finish.

Each piece is individually handcrafted by artist Francis Prachthauser. Each piece is formed with simple hand tools under the heat of a 5000 degree flame. After the metal is bent, melted, stretched and flowed, it is polished and lacquered to preserve the luminous quality of the metal.

Francis has been a working bronze sculptor since 1982. His work has appeared in galleries, art shows and renaissance faires as well as his own store at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, and specialty venues like Cirque de Soleil.
